The NJEA Priority Schools Initiative (PSI) was developed in 2012 as an organizational priority aligned with the NEA PSI and as a response to the No Child Left Behind school accountability system.
Our Goals:
- Improving learning experiences through meeting facilitation, in class support, and 1:1 coaching.
- Cultivating teacher leaders through the use of participatory planning practices and cycles of collaborative inquiry.
- Fostering thriving communities through trauma informed and trauma-responsive training as well as restorative practices.
